Preconstruction Design

Before the project starts we will go over your new desired lay out. After going over all of the options, our team will then transform our conversation into a plan with a 3-D rendering. This helps ensure everyone involved in the project has a great understanding and vison of the expected outcome.

Once there is a finished design and layout, Optimal Building will take measurements in order to provide you with an accurate material list for tile, flooring, plumbing and lighting fixtures etc. It is ideal to have all of the above on site to reference through out the project. Once all the materials are available, we can set a timeline of how and when each step will be completed.  

Our Job Site

We truly understand the inconvenience of having any type work done to your home. Most of our jobs are completed in an occupied residence. Our team will go above and beyond to make sure your project is as painless as possible. We achieve this by closing off the job site to the rest of the home, ensuring all floors and belongings are properly covered before any work begins. Our team also makes sure everything is neat, clean, and fully functional every day before we leave the job site.
